Dots, triangles, gradients … An overview of the easiest nail arts to achieve (even with 2 left hands, I promise).
Everyone has the right to practice nail art. Even those that are not very manual, not very skillful or still pressed for time. Here are our 5 nail art ideas, as simple as they are quick, for strutting around with beautifully decorated nails.
EASIEST OF NAIL ARTS: POINTS
In summer and fall, big and small, thin and thick, round nail art always has its effect! However, nothing could be simpler. Steps ?
First of all, we recommend that you use the adequate manicure and pedicure set to take care of your nails : file them, polish them, apply a base.
Apply a first uniform coat of varnish and wait for it to dry.
Use a dotting tool brush to make dots with a varnish of another color.
Finish with a top coat to add shine, protection and hold to the manicure.
It’s already over ? Oh yes. In a few minutes, you have brought a touch of originality to your nails.
EASY AND GEOMETRIC NAIL ART: THE TRIANGLES
For an even more geometric, refined and clean (but just as simple) manicure: triangles. Once your nails have been groomed and the base laid, just cut small pieces of tape to form a triangle at the end of your nail (or at its base). Then, it is advisable to fill the triangle with a clear, dark or flashy nail polish, according to the base color used upstream of course. And the case is in the bag!
SIMPLE AND CLEAN NAIL ART: HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL STRIPS
Always so simple. On filed and polished nails, apply a base and then a first coat of nail polish. Once the varnish is dry, it is possible to easily make stripes, both vertical and horizontal, with a varnish of another color using pieces of tape (unless you are agile and you feel able to draw these lines by hand. lifting). Our advice? Make wide horizontal blue and white stripes for a super nice “sailor effect” in summer!
SIMPLE AND TWO-TONE NAIL ART: THE COLORFUL FRENCH
Tired of the classic French manicure? Then turn to the colorful French. Apply your first coat of polish as usual then, a little before the fingernails, apply a thin adhesive strip. This allows you to apply your second polish only to the end of your nail in a straight and clean manner.
The result: an impeccable two-tone manicure. For a delicate and discreet result, opt for these color combinations: pink and gold or black and silver. And for a more dynamic rendering, go for a red and orange duo or even royal blue and turquoise.
EASY AND POETIC NAIL ART: COLOR GRADUATES
This nail art is just as affordable as the others but it requires more material such as a makeup sponge or special nail art. Once the first coat of varnish is applied, you just need to make several thick strokes of varnish of different colors (in the order you want) directly on the sponge and then dab it on your nail. A natural gradient will then be obtained.
Another method? After applying a first coat of varnish, pour a few drops of another color into a container. Dip your sponge in so that it absorbs the color well, then dab the sponge from the tip of the nail down to its base.
Dots, triangles, bands, bicolors, gradients … beginners in nail art have something to find happiness for this summer and throughout the year!
